What Happens During a Session?
Our work begins with an in-depth initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to share everything you feel is important for your support. I will ask questions to get to know you better—your personality, sensitivity, values and personal history.
Together, we define your goal. Clarifying it is often the most important first step. This enables me to tailor the therapeutic approach throughout the sessions that follow. Each session is designed specifically around your individual needs.
Depending on your situation and what you wish to work on, the support process may last between 3 and 10 sessions, usually scheduled 1 to 3 weeks apart.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential within the therapeutic or coaching relationship.
Depending on your needs, I may suggest exercises or questionnaires to provide us with concrete insights and enrich our work together.
Sessions take place online. We agree together on the platform to be used and, if necessary, you will receive an email beforehand containing the connection link and all the information you need for the session.
To provide you with the best possible service, I remain flexible if you need to reschedule an appointment, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice. Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be charged.

My Approach
Our sessions are grounded in deep listening, empathy and compassionate challenge, helping you achieve your goal in the way that works best for you and as efficiently as possible.
I use thought-provoking questions to help you move forward. At times, I may challenge you or gently draw your attention to contradictions when this may be helpful, always within the boundaries of our therapeutic agreement.
I may suggest exercises and use a range of techniques, psychometric assessments and therapeutic tools to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your motivation and uncover resources within yourself that you may not yet realise you possess.
Through EMDR, we can work towards releasing deeply rooted emotional distress.
Schema therapy helps us understand why we experience certain situations and patterns in the way we do, through an in-depth exploration of your personal history.
Together, we work on reconnecting you with what truly matters to you. You remain fully aware of everything that happens during each session. You may sometimes feel relieved or liberated, and at other times emotionally stirred or even tired—but you are moving forward, at your own pace.
People wishing to work on their relationship as a couple, or simply improve the quality of a relationship with another person, may attend a session together once we have discussed this option during an individual consultation.
