These Terms and Conditions define the terms applicable to the services provided by YLFLY as part of its coaching, support and training activities.
1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES
YLFLY provides coaching services, personal and professional support, as well as training and development programmes for individuals and organisations.
The nature, objectives, arrangements and duration of each service are agreed with the client according to their needs. Where necessary, these are specified in a commercial proposal, agreement, contract or any other document agreed between the parties.
2. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Appointment requests may be made through the website www.ylfly.com or by contacting YLFLY directly.
An appointment request becomes binding only once it has been confirmed.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees and payment terms are communicated to the client before any paid service is provided and may vary depending on the nature of the support offered.
For services provided to a company or organisation, the financial terms may be set out in a quotation, commercial proposal or specific agreement.
4. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
If the client is unable to attend an appointment, they are asked to notify YLFLY as soon as possible.
Any specific cancellation, rescheduling or payment conditions will be communicated to the client at the time of booking or set out in the contractual documents applicable to the service.
5. NATURE OF COACHING AND SUPPORT SERVICES
The services provided by YLFLY are intended to support clients in their reflection, personal or professional development, and achievement of their goals.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric consultation, diagnosis or treatment where such care is required.
Clients remain responsible for their decisions, choices and actions taken during or following the support process.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared during coaching sessions and support programmes is treated confidentially, subject to any obligations imposed by applicable law.
7. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected through the use of the website or in connection with the services provided is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on www.ylfly.com.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available on www.ylfly.com, including texts, graphic elements, documents and materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use of this content is prohibited without the prior consent of the relevant rights holder.
9. LIABILITY
YLFLY undertakes to use all reasonable means necessary to provide the agreed services. However, coaching and support require the client’s active participation and cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
